Why I Created the 8-Week Mental Performance Breakthrough Programme

Before Settle Your Head became what it is today, I was already helping people improve their mental wellbeing, emotional control, and confidence through one-to-one clinical hypnotherapy.

Over time, a clear pattern began to emerge.

That’s when I changed how I practised and delivered my services to clients 1 to 1, I began combining clinical hypnotherapy, CBT, Neuroscience, visualisation, NLP, and performance psychology, into a single structured system of mental training, one that helps athletes, leaders, and high performers retrain how their brain responds to pressure, competition, and uncertainty.
